We Provides a Safe and Entertaining Venue for Everyone
The following provides an outline of our basic conditions of entry. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure all our children and adults feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our premises.
Important: Please do not visit play area if you or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48 – 72 hours.
Play Room Rules
Do not handle sharp or otherwise dangerous objects while using the headset.
Make sure the headset is level and secured comfortably on your head and that you see a single, clear image.
Make sure any headphone cables if used are not tripping hazards, take at least a 10 to 15 minutes break every 30 minutes, even if you don’t think you need it.
Immediately discontinue using the headset if any of the following symptoms are experienced:
Seizures, loss of awareness, eye strain, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, altered, blurred, or double vision or other visual abnormalities, dizziness, disorientation, impaired balance, impaired hand eye coordination, excessive sweating, increased salivation, nausea, lightheadedness, discomfort or pain in the head or eyes, drowsiness, fatigue, or any symptoms similar to motion sickness..
Secure all loose articles (glasses, cameras, cell phones, hats, wallets, keys, etc) or leave them with a non-rider.
On the ride chewing gum, candy, food, or drinks is not permitted.
Cameras and other video equipment’s are not permitted.
Smoking is highly prohibited on the ride.
Keep head, arms and legs inside the seat at all times.
Any Child below the height range cannot ride here.
Parents must always keep an eye on their children.
Violent Behaviors are not encouraged on the ride.
No taking of pictures or videos for commercial purposes without the permission of the management.
Riders must be between the height range
